This is a picture of me at the Macoupin county fair showing my cat that I raised from a bottle because it was abandoned and left for dead. Her name is Lilly and she won the trophy that day. |

About Me |
|
My name is Rachel, I am a Freshman at Northwestern High School. I love all sports, music and animals. I have played soccer, softball, boys baseball, and boys Jr. high basketball. This year I played volleyball for my 4th year, and am now playing basketball with the Lady Tigers at Greenfield High School. I play the piano, guitar, trombone, sax and on occasion the drums. I travel all over Illinois and Missouri showing my Mini Rex Rabbits. One day I want to be a vet and own my own veterinary clinic.

About My Rabbitry |
|
We are a small Rabbitry located about 45 miles South-West of Springfield Il. I specialize in raising quality Mini Rex rabbits and with the help of my family, we have grown our Mini Rex herd to about 75 rabbits. Mini Rex rabbits are wonderful show rabbits but they also make the perfect pet. Fed properly they do not get over 4 1/2 pounds and they can be litter trained. They also have a beautiful personality and wonderfully, nice velvety fur. I sell pet and quality pedigreed rabbits. I require a 50% deposit to hold a rabbit until pick up and will only hold a rabbit for 10 days before I will repost it for sale again due to the cost of food and care. Check out my for sale page for Brood Does and Herd Bucks that I have decided to let go and replace with their kits. Also check out the in the nestbox page for possible kits that we might sell and contact us if interested. I have rabbits popping into the nest boxes all the time and I just cannot keep them all. I do wait to let kits leave our rabbitry until they are 8—10 weeks old to make sure they are healthy. I only sell showable rabbits with the pedigrees. If they are not showable they sell without pedigrees as pets. |
